We just want to say thank you! This epic club has been a huge part of the LSM journey and we are forever grateful to our members, whether you’re bringing your mates in for a tasting or a Sunday Sesh, shouting about LSM to anyone who’ll listen, christening your new babies at the cellar door and becoming a part of our family. You guys are both our biggest critics and biggest fans - you know us the best. 

 

Wine is better shared

We are extending a special invitation to you, to share the love of Liquid Surprises Wine Club with your friends and family.

Plus, to say thanks

When you refer a friend, both of you will receive a $28 voucher to spend on wine.

The Nitty Gritty:

  • You can refer as many peeps as you like and ‘save’ up your codes.

  • New members are locked into the membership for 12 months, after this time they can skip, pause and cancel their membership as normal.

  • You can use your $28 for your wine club top up orders, there will be a check box on the order form that you just drop a tick into if you’d like to use it.

  • You can also use your $28 discount at the cellar door

  • Vouchers are valid on wine only, not merch or your wine club quarterly fee

  • New members can also refer friends and family.

  • You can only use a particular code once per person. You and your friend.

  • Referral funds will not expire but cancelling your membership forfeits any referral funds you have not used.

  • The website has free shipping on all orders but you must spend over $70.

  • As this is a new thing for us, we may update these guidelines as time goes on.

  • We may need to pause the referral program in future depending on each vintage and volumes of wine we produce, but unused vouchers will still be valid.

Wine Club Member information

  • We charge on the 4th day of March, June, September and December and dispatch wines once payments have cleared. If the 4th falls on a weekend or public holiday, payments will be deducted the next business day and may take a little longer to confirm. If your payment declines, it will be tried again before we contact you. If you receive an email saying your payment has declined, please make contact with us so we can get it sorted as soon as possible. Packages will not be sent without payment confirmation.

  • Please let us know if you are moving, going on holidays, or need a delayed delivery via email before the start of the above months.

  • If you sign up during the dispatch month, you will receive those current quarters wines unless we have run out, in which case your payment will be held until the next quarters wine are due. We will contact you so do check your junk email box occasionally, as sadly, our emails end up in there sometimes.

  • We will keep your details in a secure and trusted program with the ability to charge you quarterly. You will get notifications once we have processed a payment. Once shipped you will receive an email from Australia Post with your tracking information. To Perth takes 2-4 days, Eastern states can take up to 2 weeks.

  • If you have moved and forgotten to let us know, you can use the tracking email from Australia Post to alter your delivery address and then please let us know your new address for future packages.

  • If you are heading to Margaret River around wine club issue time, you are welcome to pick it up from the cellar door.

  • If you do not receive any welcome emails or information from us within a few weeks of signing up, please get in touch.
