WAITLIST INFO

New members will only be accepted into the club if a current member cancels. Once signed up to the waitlist, you will move up the list in order. If you are next in line on the list and a member cancels, we will text and email to let you know there is a spot available and when we’ll be charging you for your first pack. Don’t worry, there’s a 7 day buffer period so you can let us know if you’re no longer keen.

If you have joined the waitlist but did not enter your payment information and you fail to respond to 2+ emails and a text message chasing you up, we will assume you’re not interested and remove you from the waiting list.

Please enter your work/legit email address to ensure you receive our emails. We will send one email and a text on the same day to ensure you are aware of us making contact.

WHAT ARE YOU COMMITING TO?

By joining the Liquid Surprises wine club you will commit to purchasing a 3 pack of LS Merchants wine (of our choosing) delivered to you every 3 months for $99** ($396 per year) We will automatically take payment on the 4th day of March, June, Sept and December.

It is not a lock in contract, cancel anytime or skip a delivery, just let us know before the 4th day of March, June, September and December.

PAYMENT PLAN/ PAYMENT INFO

Once signed up to our direct debit program (GoCardless) you will be added to a subscription payment plan that will automatically charge you on the 4th of March, June, September and December. You will receive an email beforehand so please make sure you have funds available.

If your payment fails it will be tried again in a few days, if it fails again, we will contact you. You will receive an email notifying you of the failed payment so please do contact us if this is the case and you need to update your details.

The program may auto-delete you and cancel your subscription if your account details are incorrect. Please get in touch if you receive an email saying this. Don’t fret, you’re still in the club! We just need to re-add your info or swap you to credit if your bank doesn’t like like it

No packages will be sent out without payment confirmation.  

It takes a few days for the payment to confirm and then the packages will be sent. We are a small team and do our best to get the packages out to you as quick as possible.

*Locals – Slight discount for you ($89) but we’d like you to pick up from a location near you or our cellar door.

 **Regional WA, NT, TAS, Nth QLD customers - Unfortunately the price is slightly higher for you at $109. Freight is the only reason, auspost has jacked their prices. We still love you!

SHIPPING

We ship with Australia Post and you will receive an email or text with the tracking information. To Perth takes 2-5 days and interstate can take up to 14 days

If you have moved and forgotten to tell us, don’t panic, you can alter your shipping address after it has been dispatched via the tracking email you will receive from Australia post. Please check your junk box if you do not receive one. Then email us so we can update your address for next time. You can also choose how to receive your package via the tracking email from Aus Post (eg. leave in safe place, take to post office etc).

We are not responsible for packages going to the wrong address if you have failed to let us know you moved.

Carded packages - If your package is not picked up from the post office within 2 weeks they will return it to us, in which case we will charge $15 to send it back to you, or we can hold it and resend it with the next quarters wines.

Delivery- If you are not going to be home around the time of delivery, please let us know and we can delay sending your package out to you.

If you are heading to Margaret River around wine club issue time, you are welcome to pick it up from the cellar door.

EMAILS TO MEMBERS

We will contact you so do check your junk email box occasionally, as sadly, our emails end up in there sometimes.

 Once a member, you will receive the following emails  

  • Welcome information, confirmation and 20% discount code.

  • Confirmation of direct debit sign up and subscription start date from GoCardless

  • Emails prior to each subscription charge date with a chance to add any extra wines and informing you of the upcoming debit from LSM and checking if your details have changed.

  • Wine club only offers, events etc from LSM

  • Sporadic emails about events, new releases, special offers and a bit of marketing

  • Tracking emails from Australia Post

DISCOUNT CODE

We will send you your unique 20% off discount code after you are accepted into the wine club. This can be used online, please enter at checkout or when you visit the cellar door, just let us know you’re in the club and give us your full name, we will handle the rest!

If you want your code immediately to use on the website, please email us at wineclub@lsmerchants.com.au. It can take up to 10 days for our small team to process new members. If you do not receive your code at all, please get in touch.

CANCELLATION

To cancel your membership or skip a delivery please get in touch at wineclub@lsmerchants.com.au. We need your cancellation request in writing and it will be processed within a few days.

WEBSITE ACCOUNTS AND CHANGING YOUR DETAILS

Website Accounts are not linked to the wineclub.

Creating an account on our website is for anyone who makes regular purchases from us, not for wine club members. We don’t check those accounts and do not retrieve addresses or details from those accounts in relation to the wine club.

All changes to your details need to be made to wineclub@lsmerchants.com.au
