The Liquid Surprises Wine Club is 3 wines, delivered to you every 3 months in March, June, September, and December. Wines we choose from our range to show you 12 exciting styles, varieties and blends each year.
We’ll be keeping it small-batch and exclusive, with member referrals getting first priority. This is your opportunity to jump in and share the fun before the general public.
By joining today; you will pay for the upcoming issue and be automatically sent the next issue, whether that be March, June, Sept or December.
As a thank you to our community of members, both you and whomever referred you will both be sent a $28 discount code. Please ensure you note the existing member’s name in the field at checkout.
Please be sure to add your payment details for future shipments during the sign up process. As you will be pay today for the upcoming issue, your first direct debit will be the following issue. EG. Pay today for March, and you will not be charged via direct debit until the following June. Not adding your pay info may mean your sign up is void. Credit card payers are welcome, please reach out to wineclub@lsmerchants.com.au.
We offer our members 20% off all wine on our website. A discount code will be sent out within a week of your signup. LS Merchants website accounts and logins are not linked to the wine club. You don’t need an account to be a member.
Please be patient when waiting for the referral gift voucher and your wine club welcome email, the wine club team does not work everyday. However if you have not received an email within 7 days, please reach out.

The Fine Print
Referral rules:
You can refer as many peeps as you like and ‘save’ up your codes.
You can use your $28 for your wine club top up orders, there will be a check box on the order form that you just drop a tick into if you’d like to use it.
New members are locked into the membership for 12 months, after this time they can skip, pause and cancel their membership as normal.
You can also use your $28 discount at the cellar door
Vouchers are valid on wine only, not merch or your wine club quarterly fee
New members can also refer friends and family.
You can only use a particular code once per person. You and your friend.
Referral funds will not expire but cancelling your membership forfeits any referral funds you have not used.
The website has free shipping on all orders but you must spend over $70.
As this is a new thing for us, we may update these guidelines as time goes on.
We may need to pause the referral program in future depending on each vintage and volumes of wine we produce, but unused vouchers will still be valid.
Wine Club Member information
We charge on the 4th day of March, June, September and December and dispatch wines once payments have cleared. If the 4th falls on a weekend or public holiday, payments will be deducted the next business day and may take a little longer to confirm. If your payment declines, it will be tried again before we contact you. If you receive an email saying your payment has declined, please make contact with us so we can get it sorted as soon as possible. Packages will not be sent without payment confirmation.
Please let us know if you are moving, going on holidays, or need a delayed delivery via email before the start of the above months.
If you sign up during the dispatch month, you will receive those current quarters wines unless we have run out, in which case your payment will be held until the next quarters wine are due. We will contact you so do check your junk email box occasionally, as sadly, our emails end up in there sometimes.
We will keep your details in a secure and trusted program with the ability to charge you quarterly. You will get notifications once we have processed a payment. Once shipped you will receive an email from Australia Post with your tracking information. To Perth takes 2-4 days, Eastern states can take up to 2 weeks.
If you have moved and forgotten to let us know, you can use the tracking email from Australia Post to alter your delivery address and then please let us know your new address for future packages.
If you are heading to Margaret River around wine club issue time, you are welcome to pick it up from the cellar door.
If you do not receive any welcome emails or information from us within a few weeks of signing up, please get in touch.
