After making rosés for years - experimenting with shiraz, grenache and friends - we’ve finally cracked on the perfect blend. Handpicked Pinot Noir with Tempranillo makes for a high-class premium rosé, we’re loving it.
A slowed down process this vintage, with portions separated into barrels, puncheons and stainless steel tanks. Plus a portion in 250L ceramic eggs to add texture and roundness.
It’s both dry and savoury with a bit of bite. Expect red fruits and a soft layered finish as well as the fancy new look.
