A Riesling from Matt Swinney’s vineyard in Frankland River. Aged on fine lees for 9 months prior to bottling, with perfectly balanced acid, phenolics and sugar.

Orange blossom, lemon and lime rind, Bath salts and a lifted perfume-concentrated fruit with subtle mouth-watering acidity. Perfect with spicy foods, cheese and something sweet.
