A step up in the Cabernet story for LS, sourced from a small, dry grown vineyard nestled in the heart of the Wilyabrup subregion, an area considered to be one of the best for the production of Cabernet Sauvignon.
Meticulously grown by Mark Jolliffe - this is one of the most remarkable vineyards we have encountered on the LS journey so far.
The vintage of 2022 was great in Margaret River, a warm Indian summer with a long ripening window. There were some hot periods but the deep roots of this dry grown vineyard handled the season well.
