Think texture of Chardonnay with fresh nectarine, ruby grapefruit and a saline finish. An epic wine by itself or match up with medium bodied food. Pressed to a mix of old and new 225, 300, 400 and 500L barrels to see what worked best. Light, bright and super crunchy. The kind of Pinot you throw in the fridge and crush on a warm day with good mates.
