40% skin fermented Savvy B along with 20% Chenin Blanc, 20% Marsanne and 20% Vermentino.

Incredibly textural with nectarine and tropical fruits. A lime, salty acidity gives great length and balance.

Marsanne, chenin blanc, vermentino and sauvignon blanc here. Nicely priced for all that this dials in.

Complex, layered white of fine chalky pucker, layers of fruit, spice and mineral character. Many notes in the melody here. It’s really fragrant, feels very thirst-slaking, set to green pear and saltiness in the best possible way. This is really good white wine in a simple vein, but wholly satisfying. Drink young and not too cold.
