Marsanne (45%), Chenin Blanc (45%) and Vermentino (10%). All barrel fermented with natural yeasts, stirred weekly to increase texture and then blent into tank before returning to barrel to age a further 6 months prior to bottling.

Yellow stone fruits, white flower, nutty, brioche and glugable this wine lives up to it’s name as a Juicy Banger! Bottled unfined and with minimal sulpher.
