A gorgeous blend this year of ~90% Grenache with ~10% Sangiovese.

Whole bunch pressed directly to tank and barrel, fermented with indigenous yeast. Left on skins for a few hours and pressed to barrel to ferment, then aged in oak for a further 4 months.

No fining and lightly filtered before bottle.

A dry rosé with hints of rose water and watermelon.
