Left on skins for 8 weeks to extract colour, flavour and texture. Basket pressed to older French barrels and aged for a further 10 months in oak.

Grown by the O’Briens at Celestial Bay in Wilyabrup.

It smells of a devine mix of violets and plums followed by a rich palate laden with dark forest fruits and a red berry acidity.
